Call Center, also named as Customer Service Center, is a system of realizingcommunication, which based on advanced computer network and communicationthechnology. In recent years, the call center system is arised as the enterprisemanagement mode convert from products center to customers center. It can provide fastand accurate consultation and after-sale services and help enterprises develop newcustomers, retain old customers and improve competitiveness.Although service special line already built in custom unit, there is still a gap fromhighly integrated modern cal center system. Thus, the development of call center systemis of great significance to the development of the enterprise.Based on JAVA language, the SSH framework and ORACLE database, the mainfunctions of ChongQing Cable call center system are designed and implemented in theidea of modularization. Main work of the thesis is listed as follows.(1) The project’s background, significance and mail technologies involved areintruduced.(2) Analysis of actual system requirements of users, and functional modules anddatabase design and implemention of the system.(3)System test of main functional modules.As tested, ChongQing Cable call center system developed meets the practicalrequirements of chongqing cable well. As the introduction of the system, the workingefficiency and management level are improved, which is significant and of greatapplication value to enlarge market scale, strengthen corporation management andimprove competitiveness.
