The data on stock market says that82%of chinese stock investors loss and only18%of them gain profits.It truly explain that there is very risky in stock transaction,to buy or to sell stocks is according to the analysis of huge historical transaction datas which are developed by stock market.Now,though some of domestic and international simulation softwares of stock transaction meet some needs to many investors,they are complex and difficult for new stock investors to operate.And the softwares have a important problem,their function of recommended stocks.As the new are operated by the software,they will gradually lose the ability of study and analysis of the stocks. So there needs such a software,it can be conveniently and fast used and provide the new’s ability of understanding stocks on themselves.the software will provide a better stage,prompt the new themselves to research and judge stocks and make them increase their confidence,reduce their losses on stock market.This thesis dicusses a method of designing and implementing the simulated software of stock transaction,which can training the new investor’s ability of stock transaction conveniently and fast. The method of implementing of software uses advanced computer technology,such as server programming,database control access,security policy design and assurance. This software consists of three main parts, system options, stock-operated function and characteristic function, system options includes transaction sound settings, shortcuts settings, convenient calculator and helpfuldocument; stock-operated function includes market, user information, transactions, and transaction inquiries;characteristic_function includes stock count, selecting stock notepad, comprehensive capacity assessment. In addition, to ensure the accuracy of the infor-mation transmission, the software also introduces security settings to ensure the safe operation of the system and data security.
