Calligraphy is a purely authentic national culture. From the past to the present, it hasbeen the dissemination of the heritage of civilization, promote the carrier of ideas andknowledge. In the recent years, with the heat of the Chinese culture, attention to thecalligraphy education and the calligraphy lovers have continued increasing. The Ministry ofEducation has issued on some new laws of calligraphy in the primary and secondary schools.But the primary and secondary education of calligraphy Guidelines is still diiffcult. There arestill many problems during the development of calligraphy education in China’s primary andsecondary schools in the popularity of the process.Temporary posts is the only way into the temple of calligraphy, since ancient times, noone accomplished calligraphy did not start from temporary posts. Temporary posts requiredthe beginners to write as much as possible similar to the template, from the nuanced imitate,lay a solid foundation for the formation of a unique style. Because of the early temporaryposts "shape", the beginners can done the temporary post works by scanning or shootingentered into the computer, the use of computer image processing technology compared withthe original rubbings, to evaluate the effect of temporary posts. This will not only reduce thecalligraphy teacher workload, but also can temporarily make up for the lack of somecalligraphy teacher in a professional capacity. In addition, through a beautiful interface design,entertainment rules set to blending learning in music, aroused the enthusiasm of the youngpeople learn the art of calligraphy.This study, by computer-aided evaluation of their own learning outcomes, the purpose isto allow the calligraphy beginners who study temporary posts and the development of asecondary school tools to do some evaluations (Calligraphy beginners). In the researchprojects, mainly in the following aspects:(1)Analyzing the characteristics of the image calligraphic characters to identify thepretreatment method: the excess part of the original image in the ifrst respected theexperimental two adaptive threshold algorithm, select the iterative method for imagebinarization processing, and ifnally a single word of calligraphy value image by cropping,scaling, and processed into the same size;(2)combined with the of calligraphy learning steps and requirements of each stage, theeffect of the standard selected for evaluation calligraphy beginners temporary posts, in another words, the structure characteristics, stroke shape and the layout, used morphologicalmethods to extract image skeleton, invariant moments, the gray projection to describe thethree characteristics of calligraphy character image and similarity calculation;(3) according to the permissive layout, composition and characteristics, stipple form suchsequential design experimental program interface, combined with the previous two auxiliarytools that evaluates the effect of the calligraphy beginners in temporary posts.
