Image-based three-dimensional panoramic technology is the use of360-degree panoramic images to rendering a virtual three-dimensional scene, realizing interactive wandering in the scene.Compared with the traditional virtual scene drawn by three-dimensional modeling,in rendering speed and sense of reality have a large advantage, thus related panorama generation technology to become a hot research.Therefore the related panorama generation technology has also become a hot research.Currently, we get panorama by using image stitching which is shooted by ordinary camera,however, due to the limitations of shooting equipment and techniques, can not quickly get the scene image.Panorama image stitching technology present the solution to this problem, and fisheye lens also has a wider viewing angle, reducing the complexity of stitching and the difficulty of shooting, and can improve the quality of the panoramic image.This paper proposes a fisheye images for source data, to design the process of spherical panorama generation,which mainly research the principle of fisheye image and correction algorithm, correcting distortion area, and recovering the actual scene from the fisheye image;Feature point extraction and matching algorithms using robust SIFT method extract feature points and the RANSAC algorithm to improve the accuracy of matching feature points;Improved the linearity of the image fusion algorithm, differences of grey value of pixels in special weighted processing in order to improve the effect of fusion.This article focuses on the spherical model mapping technology,image map into a unified coordinate system, to maintain the actual scene of space constraint relationship, get a shot of the plane from the spherical projection reflects expansion plan.Finally, design to achieve a complete spherical panorama generation program.Through the actual operation of substation3D panoramic display project,can be able to prove good quality of spherical panorama.
