| With the rapid development of medical information, clinical diagnosis and treatment of primary representative for the area of intelligent decision support system as the representative gradually become the research hotspot. The most important part in CDSS is the underlying knowledge base, however, the research on current clinical decision support system types are single, no good extensibility, which needs secondary development to design the knowledge base when adding a disease of decision support, and which did not have a good and extensible platform to manage the underlying knowledge base maintenance. At present, there is no intelligent decision supports for the opening clinical diagnosis and treatment of large, shareable, reusable, Extensible medical ontology modeling tools in engineering, and design a good expert knowledge modeling tool has important significance.This article designs an open ontology modeling method of knowledge management, builds expert knowledge representation languages using the most used OWL ontology describes the language features in order to solve the applications of ontology in the open medical knowledge representation of intelligent decision support system, which not only show the medical knowledge structure but also associate knowledge base, thereby combining intelligent decision support systems for clinical diagnosis of open knowledge on the uses of this modeling method for the design of knowledge base, formed in accordance with the open medical knowledge management based on ontology knowledge model.This article conforms to the open knowledge management medical ontology knowledge model base on ontology and application to CDSS medical areas, combined with the clinical diagnosis and treatment of open research and design on intelligent decision support system in line with the modeling of expert knowledge modeling tool. And using the tools in opening knowledge management, supports for its open CDSS work verified. |
