Automatic Code generation is an important research direction in software engineering. Domain-specific apriori knowledge is one of the primary data input of automatic code generation, most of which is irregular knowledge. Irregular knowledge processing has become one of the focuses of knowledge engineering in recent years. This thesis has a background which is the "Code Generator IDE" project in the NUDT Digital Campus. According to the various requirements of code generation, the research of the required data format and information of the auto code generation are developed and a cooperative ontology modeling tool is implemented.During the process of the research, it is found that there are two difficulties in acquiring the required data format and information of the code generator. Firstly, it can not meet the requirements of the project, no matter what information inputting system is set up for the required information format of a certain code generation, because on the one hand, the project can not provide all the required information format at one time, and on the other hand, the input information format can be changeable at any time. Secondly, the required information of code generation cannot be input by a single person, but it needs several persons to do the work simultaneously. As a result, there come problems of the concurrence, affair and privilege management of cooperative working environment.Based on the above-mentioned requirements, this thesis designs and realizes the tool to build a model for the irregular data of the uncertain data structure under the cooperative environment, which is named as cooperative ontology modeling tool. This tool solves the problem for dealing with the irregular data of the uncertain data structure with the ontology modeling method. Through setting up a relational database storage structure for ontology structure and ontology knowledge base, this tool solves the problem of the concurrence, affair and privilege management in the cooperative working environment, with the support of relational database and the concerned technologies.The last part of the thesis adopts the example of information ontology modeling of the required region to illustrate the ability of the cooperative ontology modeling tool to deal with manage the irregular knowledge of the uncertain data structure.
