The bell instrument that is being offered for sale in the market currently mainly adopts MCU timing, however, this means will produce errors, especially progressive error. What’s more, the automatic mode has not being used in the classroom management, which causes inconvenience to daily management. Therefore, developing a kind of high precision bell instrument and classroom management software can be managed through the network have practical significance and application value.This thesis describes the background of the system development and puts forward classroom management system scheme of synchronous bell ring and introduces the key technology of the related system development:management information systems, the database technology and UML technology. Besides, it effectively solves the time accuracy of bell instrument, the management of bell instrument equipment, self calibration and the problems of classroom management through in-depth analysis of the demand of the system and the overall design by using software modeling technology in the use of the diagrams, which are case diagram, activity diagram, block diagram, flow diagram, class diagram and E-R diagram. It also further improves the management efficiency and promotes the teaching and learning by providing important supports, thus improving the quality of teaching. The biggest characteristics of synchronous bell classroom management system of Dong Guan University of Technology are time precision and convenient management. Finally, the paper also discusses the system implementation, including members and responsibilities of the project team, time schedule and acceptance test.
