To ensure that the user terminal security, prevent the threat of invasion by network, on the user’s network access behavior for effective control, is the guarantee of enterprise network safe operation premise, also is the enterprise need to solve the problem.Based on the practical application of the Weichai Group,this article discusses the planning and implementation process of the construction of the terminal control system, and more importantly, how to establish a set of management systems what meet the Weichai system in the system-building process and once completed. Objectively speaking, most companies only concerned about the problems in the system building process, while ignoring the more important operation and maintenance work, lacking of good management and maintenance support, system effectiveness will be greatly reduced, or even bring adverse effects of unknown, management, and operation and maintenance work is more important than the system construction itself.
