To design a mall and convenient wireless video terminal storage capability, meanwhile, it can provide the Internet access equipment, in the performance and flexibility of network more easily accepted by a home or small business, the research of equipment has a realistic significa-nce.The paper designed and implemented based on RT3052and Linux operating system as em-bedded family wireless video monitoring system, and describes the system platform from three aspects. The first aspect is system hardware design. It based on the system hardware requireme-nts. Adopt Ralink RT3052processor as the core processor, Around RT3052chip to realize the power, reset and clock circuit, the circuit module designs of Ethernet interface circuit, LED circuit, JTAG circuit and the storage and so on.The second aspect is the design of system soft ware. Analysis of the working principle and development environment of BootLoader, Formul-ated a Bootloader what running in RT3052processor,provide the proper operating environm-ent for embedded operating system. Build system software platform consists of Flash space all ocation design, U-boot grafting, the Linux kernel and file system build. Including software de-velopment platform use RT288x_SDK version3.3development suite which provide by Ralin-k Company, the set of tools consists of MIPS tool chain, the Linux kernel as well as some samp-le source code resources.Finally is the realization of user applications. System is mainly introdu-ced the offline high-definition video download and wireless video data storage function realizat-ion. Offline high-definition video download using Mldonkey software realized the function of of fline download, and wireless video data storage function is one of the highlights of the whole s-ystem. This paper introduces the wireless video surveillance device through the HTTP protocol to use CGI interface and wireless camera Web server and a Web server to receive client inform- ation and client receives the video data stream process.The article has realized type of small family wireless video monitoring system, well unde-r the situation of without project wiring realized the function of family security, and can satisfy the multiple monitoring data for reliable, real-time transmission, has certain practical value.
