Research And Design Of Oil And Gas Recovery Detection System Of Gas Station

In order to implement the national energy-saving emission reductionpolicies, and purify the VOC gas in the air. In order to meet the emissionstandard of air pollutants（GB20952-2007）, In the domestic provinces andcities, the project of implementation of the oil and gas recovery managementhave been introduced, and the gas station is limited to complete the gasrecovery management in specified time. It ensures the discharge of oil andgas reach the standard.The design scheme of the oil and gas recovery detection system wasbased on emission standard of air pollutants（GB20952-2007）,and thesystem was designed in accordance with the standard provisions of liquidresistance, tightness, gas-liquid ratio performance detection device. ARMCortex-M3was the central controller of this system, the importedhigh-precision electronic pressure sensor was used to gather the pressuresignal. The volumetric flowmeter VRM8C175was used to measure thevolume of oil and gas, and the output of the current signal was4~20mA.Through the conditioning circuit, the current signal transformed into a0.5-2.5V voltage signal and input to the controller’s AD port, the gatheredsignal was processed and analysed by the controller and got thecorresponding conclusion. It controlled the whole system. The system wassupplied electricity by the dual power. And it could switch without delayautomatically. Li-ion battery charger BQ24753which used in the laptopwas used in lithium battery charging system. It could actualize theprecharging, constant current charging, constant voltage charging and tricklecharging automatically. It actualized the comprehensive protection of thelithium battery charging, and extended its service life. The man-machineinterface design was based on uC/GUI, and the visibility of the system wasimproved. Combined with the actual testing requirements and the problems of the gas detection equipment in the current oil and gas recovery project ofthe gas station，the system was added some test function, such as negativepressure detection, the positive and negative outflow direction and theoutflow speed of the oil and gas. At the same time, the system integrated theoriginal separate instrument efficiently, it also added the optimized design ofthe connecting pipes and oil gun adapter connection mode, it wasconvenient for testing personnel fast operation. Then design the oil and gasrecovery detection system of gas station was designed.The weight of this detection system is reduced from20kg to13kg, theweight is reduced about7kg, the volume is reduced about20%,and theefficiency is increased about15%.The accuracy and sensitivity are improvedobviously. It is used for regular detection and acceptance of gas stationwidely, and it has strong practical application value.
