Study On Monitoring Methods Of Subject Drift

The rapid development of modern science, one of the disciplines of breakthrough would have anenormous impact in other areas of the relationship between the disciplines, National Institute of researchwill also be a strategic choice. Scientific research hot spots of science and technology in the field ofresearch, cutting-edge, trends, knowledge structure and development process of change moreprofessional, more and more intense deep-seated knowledge of the demand for services. Scientificliterature as a carrier of scientific knowledge, not only able to present the latest scientific research,research focus and level of knowledge, but also bears the basic traits of a large number ofcharacterization of scientific knowledge activities. So mining the subject of a certain period timeliterature, can reveal the subject of knowledge in the field of process change.This study in accordance with the literature research, analytical thinking, theoretical research,technology research and proven ideas, the concept of subject drift defined and clear the paper, the mainproblem; then using the method of comprehensive analysis of the underlying theoryanalysis anddiscussion, given the of two drift form and two drift direction, while further drift monitoring indicators;then, based on the subject recognition, subject tracking technology at home and abroad, for driftmonitoring indicators monitoring subject drift technologymethods and monitoring processes; Finally,based on comprehensive analysis and technical methods of research results, select the field of zebrafishgenetic experiments and validation. The subject drift monitoring research is to study the process ofchange and variation of the subject, in order to meet the intelligence needs of the researchers. Variationson a subject by the relationship between the subject and the subject reflects the variation on the subject,the time of variation is closely related to the field of scientific and technological activities. Relationshipsbetween subject and subject change time is the two important indicators of drift monitoring methods inthis paper. The subject drift monitoring methods study aims to discover the core subject of the area aswell as the central subject of change, so as to researchers in the field of deep-seated intelligence services.In this study, in order to achieve the purpose of monitoring the subject of knowledge in the field of drift,we have two perspectives. One is from a global perspective identificating the core subject in the field,and one is from a local perspective analysing the typical subject drift.Through this study, obtained subject drift results of zebrafish genetic areas from the globalperspective and local perspective. Global perspective depicts the development of field in2003-2012decade; partial perspective focusing two typical subjects: GENOME and STEM-CELL, measure out thedrift velocity between subjects, and divide two forms: gradient-type subject drift and mutant-style subjectdrift. The results is clearly feasible. I hope this study will provide theoretical and technical reference foracademics and researchers.
