In recent years, with the development of the electronic information technology and the growing popularity of the Internet technology, digital technology and network technology is becoming more and more widely used in people’s daily life and work. Although the networked and digitized information age brings us a highly efficient and convenient life, but at the same time the information system also faces a variety of security threats, therefore, information security is one of the important issues we must face and need to be solved. In the field of information security, information hiding and digital watermarking techniques have great development in recent years. At present, the digital watermarking technology has become a safety authentication, secrecy communication and an effective method for copyright protection and so on, to study it has important theoretical significance and practical significance. For years, scientists have developed a variety of digital watermarking algorithms, but the capacity is obviously insufficient in many algorithms against geometric attacks, and the algorithms have poor robustness. Therefore, resist geometric attacks on digital watermarking technology, this paper presents a new digital watermarking algorithm based on least significant bit of airspace.This paper describes the relevant basic knowledge of information hiding technology, including the concept, principle and classification of the information hiding technology, introduces the development history and present situation of digital watermarking, and it’s concept, basic principle, general framework, characteristics, classification and performance evaluation indexes and its application field. Introducing the technology of digital watermarking attacks, geometric attacks is analyzed in details, and resistance to geometric attack classification introduced digital watermarking algorithm. Then, the paper expounds the basic principle of the classic LSB algorithm, and its ability to resist attack is poor. Through the test results,it is believed that although the basic LSB watermarking algorithm of watermark embedding capacity is big, implementation is easy, but the downside is its poor ability to resist geometric attacks. Therefore, in order to solve this problem, this paper through the analysis of the basic principle of geometrical attacks, then with visual cryptography and combined image normalization technique, this paper proposes a new resist geometric attacks LSB watermarking algorithm. The main idea of the algorithm is:first of all, the watermark preprocessing, the use of visual cryptography technology, the watermarking information hiding to the more pictures, at the same time, only select one of the picture as being embedded the watermark; Then, the normalized image, and extract the important area of the image, this time should be selected the geometric center of image as the center; Finally, according to the important area of the size of the watermark for zooming in, so that we can achieve does not destroy the watermark synchrony between the carrier and the purpose of, and then, through a certain algorithm to select random good embedding location to embed the watermark information into it. Through the related experiment analysis, the results show that the algorithm can resist geometric attacks, and its ability is good.
