In recent years, a lot of video products have increasingly been emerged like mushroom to make digital video industry get rapid development. At the same time, the problems of the video content protection and copyright information security become more and more. The research and application of the video information security and copyright protection technology have become a research hotspot. The digital video watermarking technology has received the extensive attention as an effective means to solve these problems.The complexity and particularity of video signal itself and the video watermarking own some special requirements such as real-time processing, random inspection and blind extraction make the study of video watermarking technology be faced with many problems. In the process of video to use, it is hard to avoid video coding compression attack, and frames lost, frames scrambled, frames restructured.etc. At present, There is a digital video watermarking algorithm that can not only resist these attacks, but also can realize blind extraction and random detection for watermark, is a main problem to be resolved. so the paper main works are as follows:Firstly, Learned and researched the digital video watermarking technology, with the analysis of the mathematical essence of the watermarking processing as the breakthrough point, Studied the watermark algorithm based on the relationship, and then researched an improved digital video watermarking algorithm based on relation. The algorithm combines with the video processing and video coding compression principle, adopts the technology of the block and carrys out a series of replacement process in the DCT coefficients of the video frame YCbCr spatial luminance component, segments the information watermark and makes the information watermark and mark watermark to be double embedded to improve the watermark embedding capacity and computing speed of the algorithm. Does the algorithm simulation and robust experiments in the MATLAB, the experimental results show that it has better robustness of some video attacks such as video coding compression attacks with MPEG、MJPEG, frames lost, frame scrambled, frame restructured.etc, has good invisibility, realizes the blind extraction and random detection for watermark. Secondly, on the basis of research that the improved digital video watermarking algorithm based on the relationship, developed the corresponding digital video watermarking processing software. It is developed in VC++6.0platform, and realized the function of video watermark embedding and extraction. The watermark processing effect is good, and it can be able to resist the video coding compression processing such as MPEG, MJPEGetc and video special attacks such as frame loss, frame scrambled, frame restructured.etc. The software operation is simple, convenient and practical.Thirdly, The digital video processing devices are mostly embedded devices which are independence from the PC, and on the basis of the research of digital video watermarking algorithm and the corresponding video watermarking processing software, maked the QT application process design in the Linux system, and run the test on the ARM embedded hardware platform Mimi2440. Results show that it realized the video frame dynamic watermark embedding and extraction and verified the feasibility of the algorithm in embedded platform.
