The Yan’an period was a critical period for the development of the Chinese Communists Party’s newspaper and the formation of CCP’s newspaper theory."Liberation Daily" revision marked press Rectification, the Chinese Communist Party’s newspaper theoretical basic formation, played a huge social mobilization for the CCP’s Anti-Japanese War and Liberation War. The CCP’s newspaper theory in The Yan’an period became an important cornerstone for China news system when the CCP rules the whole China.The newspaper theory of the Chinese Communist Party came from the CCP’s long-term historical traditions which was constrained by the historical and cultural environment in Yan’an, especially "Liberation Daily" revision became a key link of the CCP’s newspaper theory.In Yan’an period, CCP’s newspaper theory emphasized the principle of party spirit, following the mass line and using typical reports to run the CCP’s newspaper. Mao’s journalistic ideas took center stage, which established the basic principles of the theory of the Chinese Communists Party’s newspaper, and combined with the CCP’s practice of journalism. Liu Shaoqi, Bogu, Lu Dingyi, Hu Qiaomu, Zhang Wentian enriched the Chinese Communist Party’s newspaper theory from different levels. Lu Dingyi’s elucidation of news origin and his point of using party spirit to educate journalists laid the theoretical foundation for the CCP’s newspaper theory.The Chinese Communist Party’s newspaper theory in The Yan’an period played a key role in political mobilization of the masses and also in spreading the image of the Chinese Communist Party. However, The CCP’s newspaper theory in this period had an expedient color. The opposites between different contradictory thinking modes of the theory lead to the theory’s lack of news professional orientation and this finally produced great negative influence on the CCP’s newspaper practice afterwards.
