With the rapid development and maturity of the wireless indoor sensor positioning technology,the location fingerprinting-based indoor positioning method has become a hot spot in indoor positioning because of its high positioning accuracy and wide application.Among them,neural network has strong feature extraction ability and anti-jamming ability,so many scholars at home and abroad have studied it and applied it to position fingerprint indoor positioning algorithm.However,the problem of the high complexity of the location fingerprinting algorithm based on neural network is still to be solved.Therefore,this thesis has important research value.The location fingerprinting method based on neural network location algorithm is studied and improved in this thesis.Since the complexity of the neural network location algorithm mainly depends on the number of neurons,the number of neurons in the output layer depends on its mapping relationship with the fingerprint database.In general,this kind of mapping relationship is a one-to-one mapping.Therefore,this thesis improves the relationship between the number of neurons in the output layer and the fingerprint database to a mapping relationship based on the horizontal axis grid and the vertical axis grid,so that the number of output layer neurons is from the horizontal axis and vertical axis.The magnitude of the multiplication of the axis grid is reduced to the order of the sum of the two,thereby achieving the goal of reducing the complexity.Finally,the horizontal and vertical coordinates of the position coordinates are trained,and the horizontal and vertical coordinates are combined into estimate of position.Experiments show that the improved neural network positioning algorithm can achieve an average positioning accuracy of 1.62m,and the time complexity is reduced to O??~??,where?is The size of the fingerprint database meets the expected requirements.In this thesis,the improved indoor positioning algorithm based on neural network meets the design requirements and indicators in terms of function and performance.Under the premise of guaranteeing certain accuracy,the complexity of the algorithm is reduced.The research results have certain effect on the fingerprint indoor positioning system using neural network and the practical value of the project.
