The Research Ofthe ODS System Design Of The Bank Based On DB2

This thesis analyzes the ODS system has been implemented on the basis of theexisting data warehouse technology and now in the DB2database technology,introduces the ODS system in the bank data model design ideas and difficulties, and putforward proposed design programs. In elucidating the structure of the system is basedon a model to explain how the system according to banking layered design. ODSbanking system model to achieve standardization in the design. At present, the modelhas been applied in the implementation of the relevant bank.In this thesis, completed the following work：(1) model architecture studies, and illustrated the way of the bank with the ODSmodel architecture described, in order to facilitate the implementation of similarprojects in the future reference.(2) data model design studies, In this thesis, a detailed study done at three levels.ODM layer is the most basic level, directly extracted from operational systems into thedata warehouse. Incremental data extraction is over, so the ETL process to the wholeamount of the source business system data needs unloaded incremental stripped. SDMand ODM similar to the structure of the system using a similar business structure,through the ODM data cleansing, conversion, coding standardization, datastandardization,Through research and need to be standardized coding system fieldclassification analysis.(3) Detailed design studies,FDM layer is the most important layer, and the bank’sother business systems also have great relevance, so the FDM model design the generalidea is to be able to meet a variety of business banking enterprise distributed datasources for effective integration, facilitate the banking business data by theme conceptunderstanding and specification for the different types of data for unified managementof different types of applications unified support.
