| There is higher risk in the ignition and operation of blast furnace gas boiler,because the features of blast furnace gas boiler are as follows: high temperature&highpressure, and blast furnace boiler is combustible, explosive, and is easy to leak and soon. Enhance the reliability and stability of blast furnace gas boiler safety protectivesystem, so as to improve the technical level of blast furnace gas boiler securitytechnology, and to ensure the safety operation of blast furnace gas boiler. Three-layerdistributing system including user interface layer,business logic layer and data accesslayer has been adopted in this thesis, so the technical improvement plan has beenproposed for75t/h blast furnace gas boiler of INDIA ESSAR STEEL CO, LTD. Afterimplementing the technical improvement plan, commissioning and operation of FurnaceSafeguard Supervisory System for blast furnace gas boiler had been carried out, theoperation of FSSS is normal, the effect is very good, so as to verify the usefulness oftechnical improvement plan designing and programming.There are many problems in the original FSSS. One complicated programme cannot be split into several simple programmes; the same logic scheme and algorithm cannot be used; ladder chart programme can not support data structure, the processingability is very limited, in this case the relatively independent boiler protection, alarmingand monitoring function of burner can be achieved.The features of improved FSSS for75t/h blast furnace gas boiler of INDIA ESSARSTEEL CO, LTD can be as follows: firstly, programmed readability is better, the logicis clear, and the commissioning and maintenance are very convenient; secondly, theleakage of gas can be avoided from the improvement of equipment and logic; thirdly,the delay function can be provided on the main burner; fourthly, the protective setting ismore reasonable; finally, the fault alarm and the judgment of abnormal combustion aremore accurate. The operation of FSSS after technical improvement is stable and reliable,which can satisfy the designing requirement of technical improvement plan. Theoptimization design, realization and operation of FSSS are very successful. Thisresearch adopts the theory of FSSS to the blast furnace gas boiler, so as to improve the security technology of blast furnace gas boiler, and to enhance the reliability andstability of security system for blast furnace gas boiler, which can be beneficial to guidethe safe operation of blast furnace gas boiler in future. |
