As the army’s modernization and standardized management of construction workdeepening, making full use of modern high-tech, efforts to improve and enhance themanagement means and methods, improving the scientific nature and accuracy ofmanagement, have become the inevitable demand of logistics management under thecurrent informatization condition. However, as the various types of materials increasingand daily support task becoming onerous, the past logistics managements are still usingthe traditional manual statistical inventory and billing scheduling single security mode,so that the problem of counting, statistics or sending occurs. Therefore, to establish andperfect the logistics management platform, realize the informatization of logisticsmanagement and visualization, efforts to improve logistics management efficiency, areresponsive to current task situation.Based on the research project “a military logistics management system”, theinvolved theoretical and practical problems are studied, which designed to realizelogistics information digitization, logistics support network, and provide an effective,efficient and scientific platform for future army information construction. In this paper,based on radio frequency identification technology, positioning communicationtechnology and other relevant theoretical knowledge, the structure of the system isanalyzed and designed, while the system construction goal, functional structure andsoftware business flow are described. The main work, which the author contributes inthis system, is reflected in the following aspects:1. The demand analysis of the system. Through the analysis of logisticsmanagement process, so as to determine the direction of development of the systemframework, then based on the actual construction of system function structure and showthe target.2. The overall scheme of the system design. Based on the analysis of the system,the system framework is planned and designed according to the design target.Specifically, first the system hardware is determined; then the general structure of thewhole system is built; finally the system function module and communication interface are analyzed and explained.3. The description of the military logistics management system’s softwarefunctions according to the project requirements.Based on the application requirements of “a military logistics managementsystem”, the design of software architecture, interface mode between software modules,the component dependence and internal logic are analyzed and described. The analysesdemonstrate that the research results can overcome traditional logistics managementsystems’ complex process, ensure timeliness difference and such shortcomings, whicheffectively improve transport of goods distribution accuracy.
