With the rapid development of computer technology, Computer application hasbeen popular with all people, especially, PC is contributing to our lives; Lots ofapplications has been seen here and there, which is doing and will be do more favorto help the society and economics to grow up as quickly as possible; In the field ofepilepsy management，because of the epilepsy is different from with other sickness，thecuring and pathogens are still being searched; In the face of many epileptic, wedevelopers must do what we should do to help them get rid of suffering; but the currentmanagement of epilepsy is behind with the epileptic’s suffering; so, how to make use ofthe computer technology and expert’s experience to relieve the patient is becomingmore important and more emergent, which is the question and trouble for us to solve inorder to get rid of suffering to patient; become a powerful driving force.To solve the trouble, epilepsy experts and us analyzed the defect of the currentmanagement, using the classic structure, do our best to search a new method and acuring case for all patients, with use of the resource of mass cases and transforming infofrom paper to digital; The system we developed includes three part：informationcollection, information analysis, information management, which are relative andreliant; The project which use SQL server2000as the background database, acceptingC#as programming language, make use of window’s form as the interface ofdevelopment in the Microsoft.NET Platform IDE. This system finished the mainfunction modules which have the function of inserting, deleting, updating, querying andso on. The system can also give the information at the point of experts view; at last, wereferred the expert system to assist our expert to cure and help.Via running for a period of time and modified for a few times, the system isproved to be easy to operate and maintenance, stable and building up an entire digitalresource and lots of experiences knowledge; at last, satisfied the expert requirements,implemented the system;.
