So directmodification of table of contents may cause a lot of beat all questions, and if there is aproblem, error checking and recovery are very difficult. Typically, ERP systems provideopen interface for other systems’ integration. For the difficulty of ERP interface, theinterface tables of core system and pretreatment system is analysed and designed. At thesame time, the standard and implement of the data trasimission between all subsystemsare desigend.3. For existent and future bussiness system data, the database which suits for thedevelopment and operation is designed and implemented. The detailed pressure testsand functional tests are carried out inorder to make the system realise its goal.SAP ERP system is being gradually in use in all provinces branches. The proposedinterface system solves the docking of company owned and old business data as well as SAP ERP system, and makes the SAP system exerts its full ability. It also ensures thenew generation of financial and human resources system accurately and timely based ondata collected. Thus the company can make full use of the existing system data torealise effective operations management and analysis, without the large businesssystems integration.
