SAP Interface Technology Research And Application

The SAP(System,Application and Products in Data Processing),as a kind of advanced management principle and a software system,syncretize computer information technique with real business operations,provide powerful support for the business to join in the furious market competition.With the implementation of the SAP system,Enterprise' information level has been developed greatly,but after many years of information construction;enterprises have constructed a number of application systems for different department and different application.These application systems have greatly increased the level of accurate and timely of the information system,but because these information system is separate designed for different need,SAP system and these information system can't be effectively share business process and information,they can't work together effectively,with the increasingly of intensified competition,enterprises need to eliminate these system islands urgently,so they can be both independent of each other and work together effectively.Different applications will have to be integrated into a complete enterprise class information technology environment;they also can communicate with other enterprises.The integration and data migration or data sharing problem between them can be solved very well by the interface technology of SAP system.Interface is generated in order to eliminate of the "information island",by developing and constructing the interface,enterprises setup communicate bridges among them,clear sequence ideas for enterprise,improve ability of integrate of information system.with the actual construction of information system in the background,the author use a large number of examples and screenshots,analysis and research the theory of SAP interface knowledge deeply,introduce the relevant theoretical knowledge,then discuss the hardware and software of SAP architecture,transport system and client strategy.Focused on SAP's RFC interface technology,BAPI interface technology,ale-idoc interface technology and web service interface technology.By calling BAPI interface technology in the SAP's ABAP program, large number of user master data can been transferred into system automatically. SAP's system users information can be added,deleted and find in the java page by calling SAP's standard BAPI in the external Java program,Authentication SAP and external system's interface technology;by sending and receiving material master data in two different SAP's system to show the ALE-IDoc interface technology successfully,then focus on introducing and showing the SAP Web Service technology which is popular currently by internal and external's calling,these technology are the reference to improve management level,streamline business process,let company adapt to the development of modem enterprise and the requirement of market competition.Some experiences adapts to the state-owned enterprise which is going to implement SAP system.
