Recently, more and more users, who were accustomed to receiveinformation from traditional means, such as newspapers, televisions, transformed to feelinterested in the Internet medium. The establishment of an information filtering systemleads to greatly possible value. The regular way for building an indicator system is tocollect ample data samples, then obtain the users’ gene, then create a data model basedon a mature recommendation algorithm, and finally filter out the information to theusers.The main goal of this thesis is to develop an operational software system accordingto users’ reading requirements. According to users’ requirements, I plan to rely onefficient algorithms at home and abroad, research the news propagation model based onadaptive and cold start algorithm based on tags, puts forward the weighting factors offamily social recommendation system model is established, provide users with accurateand personalized information recommendation.To realize the logic of the software system, we develop a personalizedrecommendation system based on B/S mode with Python and LNMP, which a newsspider module Bloodhoof, a recommendation system and inclusive of cold-start moduleCarine. With software construction, system modules, database, interface design andimplementation, the system manifests perfectly excellence in the final test that thesystem functionality, performance, customer experience, etc. reached a considerablyhigh level.
