The thesis is the most important event for the student of open school, it has beentaken seriously by the school from the beginning. But it still exists lots of problems. Wethink that it is a comprehensive problem, because of there is no complete thesismanagement system so far.The Tibet college of open school uses the same educational management system asthe central school, but the thesis organization work has done by manually, except thescore registration work. The most students of the Tibet college are working at their jobat the same time, and come from varies areas. So, it is not enough for the students,teachers and administrative staffs.The thesis management system is designed for fulfilling the requirements of threepurpose: the students, teachers and administrative staffs. Eventually, it could performselection topic of the thesis, delivering thesis and evaluation of the thesis, est. Thesystem should be simple, contains some basic functions, such as publishing information,user control, system configure, choosing topics, modify personal information, addingtopic by teachers and so on.The interface of the system is web browser, it is utilized B/S structure model, thatis, user could visit the website by web browsers. The main technology we implementhere are ASP.NET,C#and SQL.The system could help the students in Tibet college of open school choosing topic ofthesis, delivering the thesis online, it also helps the college standardized themanagement, reduce burdens of staffs. The teachers could commend and evaluate thethesis online as well. It also helps the college go to the main stream of the informationdevelopment. It is also a survey of developing the model of open school in Tibet.
