Currently, the Internet is to get rid of the shackles of the PC and step into the era of free mobile.Mobile Internet will drive the development of mobile data services, and provide a vast new space for the continued growth of the mobile communications. Smart phones and tablet PCs as the representative of the portable mobile terminal is grown extremely fastMultimedia services require greater broadband rates.WLAN is currently the most cost-competitive advantages MB broadband access technology.Operators began to focus on the deployment of the WLAN hotspot coverage, in order to reduce the the macro network load, improve the user experience, reduce the cost of network construction, and add new profit growth point.Based on the operator demand, AC+thin AP network architecture has been established, and the wireless resource scarcity and increasing interference problems, centralized WLAN network radio resource management research has important research significance and application prospects. The subject of this paper comes from the laboratory and enterprise cooperation projects WLAN radio resource management algorithms. The goal of the research and development of the project is the distribution and management of the limited radio resources, ensure the QoS of the network users and businesses, maximize the radio frequency resource utilization and system capacity of the entire WLAN network. In conjunction with this project, the basic principles of the wlan is describes detially in this thesis, including the WLAN protocol system, the composition and topology, the MAC layer principle and so on.The article also do the following work:Depth study and analysis of the WLAN network structure, in particular centralized WLAN network architecture as well as the CAPWAP protocol.Access to relevant patents and papers, research current WLAN radio resource management methods and their limitations.Detailed analysis of the WLAN radio resource management, including channel allocation algorithm automatically power control algorithms and load balancing algorithm.Detailed design of channel assignment algorithm with interference avoidance function. Finally, it describes how to set up a WLAN system-level simulation platform, and how to design a simulation scenario.
