With computer technology, optoelectronic technology, laser application technology, and the applied research and development of all kinds of photoelectric conversion devices, which promote the development of the weak optical signal detection technology. In food detection, disease diagnosis, drug research and other fields, the weak optical signal detection have directive significance to explore the nature of things, studying the method of the weak optical signal detection and building the detection system, which get all the attention in many fields.The purpose of the paper is aimed at detecting cell activity, and then designs a weak optical signal system. The finished work is shown below:1. Based on a principle of cell activity detection about chemical luminescence, we have designed a weak optical detection system and set up the detection system3D model.2. According to the requirements of weak optical signal detection system, we have designed the optical system for collecting and transmitting optical signal, and then completed mechanical structure design.The innovativeness of the paper is shown below:1. The weak optical signal detection system is designed for chemical luminescence.2. The detected lens of large aperture and small distortion is designed successfully, and the assembly drawing and part drawing is finished3. A set of focusing mechanism is designed successfully, which realize the accurate displacement of detected lens.
