The Design And Implementation Of Mongolian Information Processing Products Standards Compliance Testing System

Information Technology(IT) standard system of Mongolian is being constructed in our country. It is difficult to strengthen efforts to implement existing Mongolian IT standards due to the lack of tools that test the standards of Mongolian information processing products. In view of this situation, the system to test standards of some Mongolian information processing products is implemented in this paper. It has a very important significance to promote Mongolian IT standardization process, and to drive the development of national industry. The main contents of this paper is:(1)Mongolian code character set standards compliance testing (engine detection), we designed and implemented the algorithm to determine if the given word is the same to the standard word. We found the features which is applicable in determining the consistency of Mongolian by analyzing the printed Mongolian features. The features include:the number of regional connectivity, the improved peripheral features, the number of horizontal and vertical scan line intersection points, the key points feature, the key regional feature, lines toward feature and so on.(2)Mongolian font standards compliance testing, we designed and implemented the algorithm to determine if the Mongolian font is standard. The algorithm is based on the algorithm of Mongolian code character set standards compliance testing and we added a new feature to determine the consistency of Mongolian appearance.(3)Mongolian keyboard layout standards compliance testing, we determine keyboard layout standards compliance by the comparison of corresponding code to input method button.The experiments of Mongolian information processing products standards compliance testing system show that the above algorithms have achieved a better effect. They can meet the practical application.
