With the recent telecom operatoss in ring tones, wireless music and other value-added services of high-speed development, the quality of music files in growing massive database has been urgently raised. In order to solve the quality problem in digital music database, Telecom operatoss released production, publishing and playback standards and processes for digital music. However, automatic processing millions of music files and complete quality monitoring, testing and forecasting, has fast become a very important and urgent question.In this thesis, a quality software system for digital music library has been introduced which included noise monitoring and compliance monitoring. This paper included fast extraction techniques, quality predict technology, compliance testing technology and software structures.1. A rapid extraction technique is proposed. Based on analysis signature of music files before and after convession, the amplitude, zero-crossing rate and formant are extracted and easy to be modeling and matching the pattern and approach the convession quality problems. This is basic approach to analyze the quality of music.2. A compliance detection method is proposed. By extracting file format, digits, bit rate, sample rate, channel, etc. and querying the specification database, it is easy to find the problems which do not meet quality specifications. This method is a filter in quality software and improve the detection efficiency.3. A noise monitoring method is proposed. By using unsupervised classification rate and minimum risk Bayes algorithm, classification clustering and iterative calculation to achieve reasonable and Bayesian conditional probability algorithms to identify noise probability, thereby determining the probability of the test file noise quality problem. This method is the core and difficult in software.4. Proposed architecture and implementation of software system and discusses the details and implementation of functional modules.The technical approach proposed has been implemented and tested in the quality software.
