Target tracking technology is the forefront direction of test technology research field, Electronic-optical system have a wide range of application in the field of real-time monitoring, missile guidance, laser communications, weapons control system and so on.Based on the actual project needs, this paper design a light universal electronic-optical tracking platform to meet the loe-cost, ligheweight and easy to move, widespread application engineering requirements. Use this equipment as study object, and study the targect tracking algorithm and servo control algorithm especially. Design the data processing by using DSP chip TMS320F28335, and also use FPGA and A/D conversion chip, all this constitute the hardware platform of the image process system. Base On this hardware platform, I achieved analog-to-digital conversion of the camera image signal, integration of data formats, and the communication between the image process system and the servo control system. Designed servo control hardware system by using PC104, CPLD, and power amplifier, based on this hardware platform I predicted miss distance by using polynomial fitting, and achived position-velocity double closed-loop servo control aligorithm. In order to improve the response speed and reduce the overshoot, this paper study the fuzzy PID control application in electronic-optical system, and validated the effectiveness of the fuzz PID control algorithm by simulation and experiment.At last, I did a lot of automatic tracking experiment on a varity of possible target based on this light universal optical-electronic platform, a large number of experimental result show that this system has achieved the desired goal, and have the value of engineering application.
