With the fast development of the information science, the human-computer interaction is becoming more and more important. The user-centered interactive mode which supports multimedia, multi-channel information, distributed real-time interactions and collaboration, has become the basic performance of the human computer interaction. The existing human-computer interaction of lower extremity rehabilitative robot lack of friendliness, A method for man-man machine conversation of extremity rehabilitative robot based on touch screen and speech recognition is proposed in this paper, in order to bring user visual enjoyment and technology experience in the process of training of man-computer interactive.The main points of this paper are discussed as the following aspects:Firstly, with analysis of embedded system in more detail according to the application characteristics of lower extremity rehabilitative robot, this paper puts forward the overall blue print of the controller design.STM32F103RBT6chip is used as hardware platform of embedded development. UC/OS-Ⅱ, which is embedded real-time operating system, is transplanted as supporting platform of development of embedded application software, and proposes the way that combines human-computer interface with speech recognition, and discusses theory of human-computer interaction. It will be provided theoretical basis and technical support of the design of human-computer interface and speech recognition.Secondly, we induce the design features and principles of human-computer interface, design human-computer interface three generators in all, try to embody the basic principles of understandability, briefness and utility in the process of design, and design detailedly the hardware circuit and software program. For the target users, we propose some design principles in allusion to their peculiarities, which can provide important reference template for the human-computer interface of similar system in the future and a certain reference and promoting value.Finally, analyzing the pros and cons of different type’s speech recognition system, and using dependent speech recognition system, we design the hardware circuit and software program of speech recognition system of rehabilitative robot and propose several new measures to improve the rate of speech recognition. The design of human-computer interaction system of lower extremity rehabilitative robot presented in this paper which takes "People-oriented","naturalness and harmony" as its design concept human-computer interaction, will provide both auditory and visual information to the users, so that they can get a much stronger sense of presence and realism.
