The21st century which takes seriously to education is an informationization century, the informationization method have introduced the teaching design domain, what then in teaching design domain we faced with is must solve the teaching actual problem. In2003, the IMS whole world study alliance company improved the Dutch Open university’s education modeling language (EML), the conformity IMS content packing standard, the IMS metadata standard and the IMS simple sequence and so on above the foundation proposed one kind of description study method standard. IMS LD the teaching design formalization, automated, it used the informationization the way to preserve the teaching activity design has gotten down and has the reusability. But, IMS LD is one standard moreover also has its shortcoming. Therefore, this article has conducted the teaching design modeling language research above this foundation. Such teaching design modeling language can let us carefully examine the teaching design theory, the teaching theory, the theory of learning as well as the teaching design by one completely brand-new way and so on, from the teaching design’s modeling language can deepen lets us to these question understanding and the understanding.Firstly, this article introduced the teaching design modeling language’s correlation theories foundation as well as some related concepts, object-oriented technical, the modeling methodology, the unification modeling language as well as IMS the LD standard and so on is the teaching design modeling language modeling foundation; Next has analyzed the structure teaching design modeling language general standard and the general modeling method, a MOF Yuan modeling and the UML modeling and so on is constructs the teaching design modeling language (IDML) the method, constructed a IDML Yuan model above a foundation; Introduced once more teaching design modeling language’s basic composition, has related in detail the constitution teaching design modeling language glossary and the sentence, using the modeling method the teaching design modeling language’s semantic polymerization model and the conceptual model and so on expressed that and has carried on the further specification; Finally applies IDML in the curriculum develops in the neutral each kind of teaching design pattern, in the curriculum developed has carried on the instantiation to IDML, will develop to our country curriculum brings certain guiding sense. The application on the other hand is expressed using IDML each kind of teaching design pattern, under the behaviorism, the cognition principle and the construction principle’s teaching design pattern with IDML expressed that realized the informationization and the automation for the teaching design pattern has laid certain foundation, for following studied to a guidance function, let the teaching design move toward the automation finally.The main innovation of this paper is under the teaching design theory instruction, standard’s foundation constructed one kind of teaching design modeling language meta-model, the semantic polymerization model and the conceptual model in IMS above the LD, mainly used in instructing the teaching design practice, with the aim of solving the practice problem which in the teaching design implementation process existed, helped the development education teaching practice research, and helped the designers better design teaching in order to raise the efficiency. Another innovation is mainly applies IDML in the curriculum develops in the neutral each kind of teaching design pattern, each kind of teaching design pattern with IDML expressed that this should be has never realized.
