The popularity of the network brought the rapid development of the number of Internet users and the network has also become the first choice of people to learn. The construction of information technology in many colleges and universities provided the development of digital education with continuous power. At present, educational resources which exist on the network has been abundant and it is also growing at a massive level of speed. It is the popularity of the network that each one would be the maker of educational resources, but the resulting resources’duplication, redundancy and unstandardized become a major problem for effective accession to educational resources.The proposal of noumenon effectively solves information exchange between human and computer, enabling the computer to effectively understand the logical structure of information resources, and provides a solution for the efficient management of resources and sharing of resources. At the same time, the pushing service proposed in recent years has effectively solved many questions which the user cannot effectively describe funded resources (information) and not be able to get the resources effectively. Through the initiative of the "knowledge to find someone",it can provide users with the required information.Based on the principle before, this article put forward the educational resources push service which use the body principle as support to efficiently provide users with the required information. I will began learning and research work according to following. At first, in-depth learning theory, methods and techniques of the body is completed and I have been familiar with the domestic and foreign specification about educational resources. Combining existing building ontology and the characteristics of educational resources, this article put forward the ontology construction method for the educational resources. Second, for the needs of the user features and body structure of educational resources, this article establish a user interest model of the body of the tree to solve the problem of accessing to users’ required information. Third, the core part of educational resources pushing service is a recommendation algorithm. Which is also a problem focusing on the issues discussed. This paper combines the user interest model and the characteristics of educational resources ontology tree hierarchy to put forward a recommendation algorithm based on the body of the personalization. This algorithm come from the traditional semantic similarity and ontology-based concept association of user interest and resources instance to match, greatly improving the coverage and accuracy of access to resources. Fourth, on the basis of the theory of the four chapters before, this article put forward the framework based on the educational resources of the main body push service system and introduced the function of each module.which provides effective guidance for the realization of the system. At last, a system about Computer science prototype implementation be made for example, it had completed the domain ontology construction.
