Design And Implementation Of Dormitory Management System Of Xilinguole Vocational College

With the response to the calling of the country of the Xilinguole Vocational College, it is a common phenomenon on the increasing number of new students year after year. How to effectively arrange the daily study and life becomes one of the important problems for Xilinguole Vocational College to solve, in which, lodging problem is the most urgent one. Seeing from the current dormitory management system of our college, there exist many management drawbacks leading to the low working quality, such as artificial management and written recording. Meanwhile, it is a common phenomenon that one dormitory supervisor manages a whole building.Therefore we design and develop a dormitory management system based on the problems mentioned above. In this system, we design account management module, sanitation comparing module, message leaving module, express delivery enquiry module and bulletin board module. The implementation of this system not only realizes the dormitory information management but also provides strong support for the promotion of dormitory management efficiency and quality. Thereby it can supply a better lodging environment for resident students and reduces the working pressure of dormitory supervisors simultaneously.The final system testing results show that all developed modules can run steadily with easy operation process. In the future, this system will be used in real dormitory management process to realize efficient dormitory management.
