College dormitory management involves a wide range and a large volume of tasks, the traditional manual management mode has been unable to meet the current situation, all kinds of dormitory management system came into being. The management system of the interface is not intuitive and convenient operation is not enough and needs to be further improved. The proposed university apartment service system based on the graphical interface system, easy operation, good to improve the shortcoming of the original system.In view of the situation above, this paper designed and developed in apartment management system According to the actual demand of Zhejiang Shuren University. The system integrated contracting accommodation registration, accommodation adjustment, school management, examination and approval, sanitary inspection, disciplinary management and dormitory comparison, and other functions. According to requirements of this system, this paper do deep analysis and design to the business processes and functional design, and gives a more detailed description of the system architecture and detail, finally gives a comprehensive introduction to the system implementation and testing.The system uses B/S architecture design, Realize this system by.Net development platform and server2012 version database, using the three tier architecture development model.To improve the usability of the system, this system uses the asynchronous refresh technology ExtJS. This paper focuses on the park, building, room three level layout settings, display and access control are mainly studied. The system through the graphical way of enhancing the user experience, and control through two dimensions of function and scope of data access,improving the safety of apartment management system. This system can provide important reference value for improvint the level of university apartment management.
