Remote sensing satellite payload-UV/visible high spectrum detector as the main application background of this paper. Studying the satellite-borne detector scan control system realization method, in the analysis of UV/Vis spectral detector scanning mirror control system performance index on the basis of the requirements, according to the scanning mirror control system characteristic, this paper put forward a scanning mirror control system design, determined the relevant unit structure, completed a long life, high reliability, and high precision space scanning mirror control system development.The control system takes DSPs as the control core, brushless DC motor as the actuator motor, photoelectric rotary encoder as the position sensor, the approximate optimal tracking control algorithm to improve the accuracy of the control system. And the system utilized the reduced-order estimator to increase the reliability of the system, and integrated the two control algorithm into DSPs software. Through the PWM (pulse width modulation) control signal from the DSPs to Brushless DC motor drives the scanning mirror to do reciprocating motion.Upon completion of the scanning mirror control system design, this paper use the Simulink plugin based on MATLAB software complete scanning mirror control system simulation, and the simulation result are compared with the result of those based on traditional PID control algorithm and the result of those which not contain a reduced-order estimator based on optimal tracking control algorithm. Through the comparison of simulation and analysis, it is easy to get the following conclusion: spatial scanning mirror optimal tracking control system based on estimator has higher control precision and lower failure rate.According to the system design and system simulation, this paper constructed the hardware platform of scanning mirror control system, coded the associated control software, and completed integrated debugging of the scanning mirror control system. Verification of the design of spatial scanning mirror optimal tracking control system based on estimator show that this design can completely meet performance requirements of control precision of the UV/visible high spectrum detector scanning mirror control system.The research of this subject not only has important significance to the design of spatial scanning mirror control system, but also has a certain reference value on some other spatial activity component design work.
