With the rapid development of communication and electronic technology, an important measurement-nuclear spectroscopy measurements have gradually seeped into other areas of industrial measurement. The so-called nuclear spectroscopy measurements are research for nuclear signal acquisition and processing technology. Any nuclear signal processing methods and techniques are inseparable from large number of nuclear signal analysis and calculation, and therefore the nuclear signal generation method which is becoming increasingly important. Original nuclear signal is generated by the radioactive sources, flexibility and adjustable parameters were not strong, and sometimes also seriously harm the health of the staff to get nuclear signals. Therefore, Realistic nuclear signal generator with flexibility and parameters adjustability in research field of nuclear technology has become an important research topic in recent years. In this era of fast, efficient and low consumption how to reduce the cost of nuclear signal generated has been paid more and more attention. The digital simulation of nuclear signal based on the Monte Carlo method can be a good solution to this problem.Is well known, the amplitude, the attenuation constant (or T, the width of the signal), the time interval are the three basic parameters of the nuclear pulse signal. The nuclear signal amplitude and attenuation constant follow the Gaussian distribution-around a value up and down,and the nuclear signal interval follows the exponentially distributed-the short time interval between two pulses is much higher than long. And no signal not have noise, the noise can be roughly divided into the ideal noise of the uniformly distributed and the random noise of the normal distribution. In this thesis, a detailed statement of the idea of digital nuclear pulse signal generated with Monte Carlo simulation method; simulated sample points which submit uniform distribution, the negative exponential distribution and Gaussian distribution based on these ideas, and random nuclear pulse signal with this simulated distribution sampling, the dynamic display random nuclear pulse signal which the amplitude and the attenuation constant follow a Gaussian distribution and the time interval follows exponentially distributed, the statistical distribution of the various parameters and inspection of random nuclear pulse signal, and the simulated two random nuclear pulse signal contains background and the statistical distribution examine.The paper also elaborated on the analysis of the processing result of the simulated nuclear pulse signal through signal interception algorithm and various filtering algorithm with the real signal, as well as the amplitude statistics. Proved, using Monte Carlo simulation digital nuclear pulse signal with considerable fidelity, reliability, and flexibility and parameters adjustability.
