The standard of1553B bus is a kind of data transfer bus protocal with reliabilityand flexibility, which has widely used in aviation, aerospace, marine and civilapplications. With the appearance of different manufacturers and types of1553B busdevices, the problem of the lack of real-time analysis and evaluation of effective toolsfor bus test method becomes severe. In this thesis, a set of real-time hardware andsoftware systems solution is proposed, which could have the ability of the networkanalysis, evaluation, simulation and testing for1553B bus. Besides, a simulationsystem of this solution is build for deep research.In this thesis, the research results and innovations include the following aspects:1. A set of general test and simulation verification system for1553B bus isdesigned, which is configurable and flexible. The system is consist of configurationmonitoring equipment, testing equipment and four bus simulation equipment, whichcan give the real-time collection, analysis and processing for the packets and electricalcharacterristics of the1553B bus. Moreover, this system contains the mechanisms offault injection and fault detection.2. For the poor performance of real-time acquisiton of1553bus packets and thewaveform data in Windows systems, a mode of Windows+RTX platform is adoptedin our system.the system uses a Windows+RTX platform based massive data transfermechanism, which could store the bus electrical characteristics in RTX layer and then,the memory speech of the bus waveform is improved. The test results show that theadopted mechanism could meet the requirements of high real-time ability for1553Bbus test system.3. For the problem of lossing data of1553B bus in the condition of hight-speedstorage, a SQL server database based mechanism of hight-speed packets storage isproposed. After the packet parse, the packetes could be stored into the database bycalling store procedure using the double temple recording table in this mechanism.The evaluation results indicate that the propsed designe of massive hight-speed datastorage could store the packets safely and completely in the real-time work.4. For the impracticability of inject fault testing and detect fault in the traditionalbus tests, a novel mechanism of inject fault testing and detect fault is adoped. On theone hand, the detection capability for the injected fault is verified by the test system of1553B bus, on the other hand, the real fault of1553B bus could be detected withhigh-speech location and investigation.The testing and simulating system of1553B, proposed in this paper,couldcompletely satisfied the requirements of MIL-STD-1553B standard, which has the advantages of flexibility, convenience, reliability and short-cycles in troubleshooting.Besides, the proposed system could received good performance in practicalapplications.
