In recent years, the number of patients with chronic renal failure is growing in allcountries around the world, and the requirement of Medical institutions for dialysismachine is increasing. However, the function of the dialysis machine to play, need thehelp of the dialysate supplying system with information technology and intelligentparticual. So, design a centralized supplying system of dialysate with the internationaladvanced level has become essential. A centralized supplying system of dialysate hastwo parts: the hardware execution equipment and software control systems. A goodcentralized supplying system of dialysate, need to ensure the stability, accuracy andsecurity of its work.This article describes the design method of the dialysate centralized supplyingsystem, and introduces the entire functions of the control system. The project mainlyrelates to: the mechanical design, motion sequence control of mechanical systems,preheating temperature PID control, sequence control of the mixing system,distribution system pump control, distribution control of64slaves, PC control pagedesign.According to the content above, we have done the following research works:⑴According to the project requirement, we use Solidworks software to designmechanical parts, and use Mechanical Design Manual as design standard to ensure thereliability, accuracy and safety of the design. After repeated theoretical calculations,the final design plan appears.⑵Based on CAN bus communication technology, on the one hand, weaccomplished the data transmission between the host computer and all the slavecontrollers. On the other hand, we verify the reliability of the CAN buscommunication while the Baud rate is not high.⑶Based on PC and Soft PLC technology, we take Visual Studio2005asexploitation platform to build PC control system with VB and C++programminglanguage. Through using the multimedia timer under the Windows system, we get agood real-time control system.⑷Through a combination of DAO technology and Microsoft.NET shared datatechnology, guarantee the fast data transmission between the PC monitoring page andthe underlying control program. In addition, by contrast experiments, we have a basic understanding of the pros and cons of the method on the timer and share data.
