With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the production of coal is constantly increasing and the depth of exploitation is greater.As a result of these, mine water inrush has been one of the major disasters in the coal mine production. In recent years, mine water inrush frequently occurred has caused huge losses property of the state, threaten to miners’ lives and lead to adverse social impacts. Soit is vital to monitor the real-time and manage the coal mine groundwater level effectively.The comprehensive construction of the digitized mining and the network information management system for research and application of hydrological observation is important to achieve the coal mine hydrology real-time monitoring and effective management.Because of the present condition of the coalmine hydrogeological informationmanagement, it is important to establish the mine hydrological observation system.Established the mine hydrological observation system, it can not only the biggestincrease the data’s exploitation efficiency, provide the basis for the coal minegovernor to decision; but also can make the management much more systematize.Mine hydrological observation system in Shandong Province that has goodeffect in the processing and analyzing water-inrushed prediction, and formed arelatively complete system. But the author’s ability and time are limited, somedetail problems have not done comparatively research in the system. Perfect minehydrological observation system further,it will be very useful to guiding mine’sproduction and preventing mine water disasters.
