Research And Realization Of The Non-active PLA Civilian Management System

As more and more social talents widely employed by the PLA non-commissionedcivilian personnel management become concern of society and armed force. However,non-commissioned civilian personnel recruitment, use, management and relevantregulations are not mature and perfect. It is very important significance for militaryunits to management of non-commissioned civilian personnel.At present, my unit employing non commissioned civilian are professionaltechnical personnel, including health care personnel, library personnel, and computerpersonnel. etc. In virtue of specialty and function difference, the civilian personnelmanagement work is quite difficult. So non-commissioned civilian management basedon information system is very necessary and efficient.The system uses ASP.NET as the development tool, SQL Server2008databaseas backstage database, and uses ADO.NET database access technology. Through thedesign and implementation of a ASP.NET based personnel management system, toachieve efficient management of civilian staff. By using this system to the civilservice management to scientific management, precise analysis, greatly reduces theadministrative personnel’s working strength, improve the level of management andsafeguard ability, thus allowing civilian management work more scientific andorderly.During the design process, the thesis gives full consideration to the idea ofsoftware engineering, in the succession of traditional design advantages, and strives tointegrate into the international general management information system of thought,have much characteristics of quick search function, high reliability, large storagecapacity, long life and low cost. These advantages can greatly improve managementefficiency. This thesis consists of5sections, the Overview, Used Technology, SystemDemand Analysis, Function Module Design and Database Design, and SystemRealization.
