Accompanied by the China National offshore oil "offshore Daqing" completionof the Bohai oilfield as CNOOC, China’s largest production base, contribution by60%production, reached a production capacity of30million oil and gas equivalent,achieving a historic crossing. As the China National offshore oil a world-class energycompany in the fast forward, enterprise production informatization construction putforward higher requirements. Information network of the oilfield in the Bohai Sea hasbeen set up, gradually shows its bearing capacity is insufficient.Network structure, generally fall into the sea of Bohai oilfield (offshoreplatforms, ships), land (Tanggu Bohai oilfield headquarters) in two parts. Land andsea communications between divided into two satellite communications andmicrowave communication (this article does not take into account single sideband,satellite phones and other emergency means of communication), opticalinterconnection between some offshore platforms. Existing production networks,office networks, Internet applications are intertwined, communication cannot beachieved automatically link load balancing, and redundant backup, Terminal and nocentralized management of the desktop, there is a great security risk.Upgrading this article to communication networks in oil field in the Bohai Sea asa backdrop, to satellite networks, microwave networks, optical networks, networksecurity for the study to achieve the integration of the three networks, redundantbackup and automatically switch to the target, analyzed the network status andexisting problems of the Bohai oilfield, and solutions to their problems andimplementation methods. In addition, in order to express the China offshore oil Bohaioilfield network structure optimization, the upgraded implementation, this paper totheir subordinates the Suizhong field, for example, provides details of three networkusing MPLS/VPN integrated QoS and granular work, and summarized on the basis ofa viable system of implementation of the programme.
