With the development of Chinese communication industry,3G and4G networks hasbeen constantly improved; smartphone in demand increased rapidly, China has becomethe world’s most important market of smartphone. Around the MTK platform forsmartphone technology research, this paper focuses on the development of smartphoneand the key technology of hardware and software system. Finally, paper gives systemdesign scheme and completes the system of smartphone.Firstly, for clear the functional requirements and development trend of smartphone,this paper go deep into market research and analysis. Secondly, studying the MTKplatform technology principle; Introducing the key hardware and software tools insystem implementation process. Then, focus on the analysis of each module principle indesign of hardware circuit; mapping the whole hardware circuit principle diagram.Combined with MTK-Android software solutions,build up system peripherals drivers.At last, debugging smartphone system to solve the the parameter mismatch problembetween all levels of circuit; testing the hardware,RF and ESD performance of systemto meet the requirements for CTA, and makes detail analysis on the test data. Afterlaboratory test, the performance of system meets CTA standard.This design using the MTK platform for smartphone research and development.Paper gives the design and implementation of the whole system.
