Hypertensive disorder of pregnancy(HDP) is seriously harm to pregnant women,the complications caused by the disease are also the main reason of infant mortalityand birth defects. The disease is subtle and it happens abruptly, the clinical signsappear later. These characteristics make it more difficultly to prevent and cure theHDP.In order to prevent HDP and reduce the incidence of HDP, the subject proposed asystem of monitoring and managing HDP based on the Internet. The exchange andinterconnection of the Internet expand the coverage of using the system at home andmake superior performance in long distance data transfer. These characteristics enablethe remote monitoring and management of HDP.Firstly, this paper describes the three steps of the system. They are dataacquisition, data collection and the Web database. The first step is responsible forgetting the source data and transferring the data to the data collecting level throughbluetooth or manual inputting mode. The second step is responsible for the collectionof the source data and the uploading to the Web database. Web database is the core ofthe whole system which is the technological foundation to realize the remotemonitoring and managing of HDP. All the data associated with the disease is stored inthe Web database and all the business logic associated with the disease is completedin this step.Secondly, this paper describes the design of detecting equipment and the methodof the detection. The way to acquire the pulse wave data is to detect the pulse wavefrom fingers, according to the pulse wave, hemodynamic parameters can be calculated,and as the same time, the detecting equipement can evaluate the quality of pulse waveto help pregnant women improving the quality of acquiring pulse wave. The bluetoothfunction of the detecting equipment can send the data of pulse wave to the collectingdata level.Thirdly, this paper describes the design of the mobile client application based onAndroid system, and this step is the core of collecting data. The main function is tocollect the physiological data of pregnant women, such as pulse wave, blood pressure,height, weight, etc. In addition to the above function, the application can upload thedata to Web database through mobile Internet.Finally, the paper describes the design of the backstage system which is the main content of Web database. The backstage system contains the module of signning inand signning up, the module of managing rights, the module of verification, themodule of informantion management, the module of accout management, the moduleof comments and replies, the module of doctor management and the module ofOpenAPI.
