The knowledge of herbalist doctor has a long history, it is the treasure of the Chinese Nation. Though diagnosis by feeling the pulse is the last stage of the four diagnoses, it is the most important tache, it is a impersonal guideline of analyzing synthetically pathogens to gain the correct diagnostic result. In our country, the impersonal study of being diagnosed by feeling pulse has derived from a long time ago, especially after the establishment of our country, there are a great deal of scholar home and abroad apply themselves to the impersonality of being diagnosed by feeling pulse.Hypertension is the most familiar cardio-vascular illness of the world, it often arose syndrome of the heart, the brain and the nephridium etc. With our country's economy growing rapidly in the recent years, the ration of sicken raises obviously at the one time of people's living condition being improved increasingly. We reckon the hypertensive has already arrived one hundred and thirty million, according to the ration of the sicken from 35 to 74 ,the population of our country and the structure of the population, our country has became the most serious country which be harmed by the hypertension.This research study the formative reason of the hypertensive pulse and establish a identifiable system for the hypertensive pulse signal which based on the wrist strap pressure sense organ, its disquisitive object is the pulse signal of the hypertensive and its academic elements is the herbalist doctor pulse-study, the technology of disposing the digital signals and the technology of the NN. This system uses the wrist strap pressure sense organ to collect the pulse signals of sufferers and sends the data to terminal for analysis. In the identifiable and analytical system of pulse, it establish the BP NN model through using the time and frequency method and the method of power-chart energy of pulse. It use the MATLAB program to realize the design, training and emluator of the three-layer Levenberg-Marquardt BP NN and complete the analysis and the study of hypertensive pulse signal in time and frequency. Through the sampling,testing and analysis of the hypertensive pulse, it indicate the ratio of the systemic nicety can arrives at 90%.This research uses the time and frequency method and the technology of NN to establish the real-time differentiable system of hypertensive pulse signal. This investigative method can applies to the other correlative symptom, and the investigative result has important practical meaning and it can be extended to other questions.
