Design And Implementation Of Pre-pregnancy Health Care System

With the sound development of care system,people pay more attention to health,especially to the health of newborns.According to "China Birth,Defects Prevention Report(2012)" released by Ministry of Public Health of China in Scptember 2012,we find that our country has a high rate of birth defects with increasing several times every year and birth defects apparently reach 28%in 900,000 newborns.At this moment,the prevention of birth defects arc drawn attention from all sectors of society,so the job of pre-pregnancy health check is increasingly insignificant to the developmeent of Maternal and Child Health Hospital and the local hospital,the role of pre-pregnancy health care system has become increasingly important.Currently pre-pregnancy health check work mainly rely on manual methods to manage medical by personnel,including manual inputting information,billing manually,manually filling out inspection reports,which make hospitals cost a lot of manpower and financial resources to carry out health examination.That bring low efficiency and slow progress.This paper aims to establish a free pre-pregnancy health care system based on the Internet,to cut down the risk factors of unhealthy pregnancy outcomes and help medical staff to check and manage to get the report and file of the existing paper-based version,which can save material and financisl resources to achieve the convenience of the Nest results,network,electronic and scientific management.Thesis on local Maternal and Child Health Hospital field trips,on the basis of treatrment,pregnancy testing to understand the.business logic processes the data and so on,with the idea of structuring nedical information for analysis and design,using PHP language.MySQL database,etc,the key technology for the design and implementation of eugenic system software.The main contents are as follows:First,Using the most advanced second-generaton ID card reader,to realize input basic information.Second,Thc information of interrogation in family planning department via PHP language,AJAX technology,to achieve entering and storing of data in the MySQL database of the system.Third,Capturing the test data in clinical laboratory by configuring the Apache server,to associate with LIS and PACS systems in the database,and then to fetch the corresponding inspection information to the local database.Finally,According to the needs of the system and combining with the existing Web front-end technology,we need to optimaze system propery,and enhance the user experience.In this paper,we achieve ultimately information management system of electronization and modernization,which is tested in a hospital of Hubei Province.This system meet the needs of medical staff,and facilitate medical staff to operate and manage before pre-pregnancy couple check,which achieve scientific management to pre-pregnancy couple check.
