Detailed research on the corporate external management, business process management and information technology status quo has been conducted and a variety of problems in the business process have been found. Targeting on these problems, the paper proposes the information of strategic targets andt he o verall de sign pr ogram o fE RP pr ojecti mplementation of t he6t h pharmaceutical factory o ft raditional C hinese medicine; in a ddition, detailed description on the design and application of the production and management system has been made, providing a theoretical guidance to the successful implementation of corporate ERP project. The source of subject of this paper is the information project of the6th pharmaceutical factory of traditional Chinese medicine (6ZY-ERP), which is under implementation at present, to provide accurate and timely information for corporate decisions.
