Electro-hydraulic three-axis flight simulator is the critical equipment for thehardware-in-the-loop simulation of aircraft design process. Its performance directlyrepresents the reliability and fidelity of aircraft control system and guidance systemsimulation. According to project of three-axis flight simulator, the design of thisdissertation focuses on solving the practical problems of engineering.According to a great deal of relevant literature consulted, this dissertationintroduces general structure of the electro-hydraulic three-axis flight simulator andkey technologies of its control system, and summarizes development of three-axisflight simulator driven by electro-hydraulic compound power at home and abroad,and analyses hardware architecture and control strategy of control system ofelectro-hydraulic three-axis flight simulator.The process of hardware design is divided into four parts: the analysis ofhardware requirement, the design of hardware architecture, the detailed design offunction modules, the installment and test of hardware system. The dissertationcompletes hardware design of control system of three-axis flight simulator base onIPC extened data acquisition card.This dissertation builds the mathematical model of the electro-hydraulicposition servo system of pitch axis. Using the compound control strategy, thisdissertation accomplishes the controller design of electro-hydraulic position servosystem of pitch axis. Simulation analysis of compound controller in time-domain isdone by Simulink toolbox under a variety of nonlinear factors. Experiment is alsodone at the electro-hydraulic three-axis flight simulator. The simulation andexperiment results show that the compound controller can meet the requirements ofindex. At the same time, it also proves that the hardware of the conrol system workswell.
