The rapid development of the coal enterprises requires newer technology as thetechnical support, WIFI technology for its good transmission quality has been rapiddevelopment and spread. With the application of WIFI wireless communicationtechnology on coal mine has a good adoption prospects, it can achieve the intelligentmanagement of coal mine enterprises to achieve the goal of efficient and safeproduction. Therefore, based on WIFI technology, the research and realization ofestablishment includes personnel positioning, security information management andmine information sharing underground mobile intelligent information system haveimportant practical significance and good prospects.In this paper, in view of various shortcomings found in traditional undergroundwireless communication technologies, we analysis the advantages of WIFI technologyused in underground and propose the design of mobile intelligent information systemused in underground mine based on WIFI technology, realized the functions ofpersonnel orientation, safety management, roadway information sharing in mine and soon.On the First,we analysised the propagation characteristics of electromagnetic wavein the underground roadway, based on the analysis and simulation of various specialroadway,the final conclusion: the tunnel cross section size and tunnel cross sectionshape on the transmission of electromagnetic waves have certain effect, but this effectwill be reduced with the increased frequency of electromagnetic wave; when theelectromagnetic wave working at frequencies above1.5GHz, electromagnetic wave hasa small attenuation rate in the tunnel,so it is suitable for use in underground wirelesscommunication system. Second, with the comparation of a variety of undergroundwireless communication technologies, we proposed the of mobile intelligentinformation system used in underground mine based on WIFI technology and realizedthe topology and logical function of this system. Third, research and analysis thepersonnel localization algorithms in underground, and based on the excellent NNalgorithm, we realized the algorithms with lower complexity and higher precision ofcalculation. On the base of the research of underground personnel positioning, we analysised the theories of underground personnel navigation and mine productionsystem.which provide train of thought tol realize the more perfect management system.The studies of mobile intelligent information system used in underground minebased on WIFI technology in this paper have an important meaning on the efficientproduction of mineral industry.
