Design And Implementation On The Network Training System Of State Bureau Of Material Reserve

In recent years, the State bureau of Material Reserve has carried out various forms of training for cadres which is tightly around its central works. The leading cadres and workers have been improved to varying degrees in terms of ideology, culture, business, skills. While the new situation and tasks urgently require to enhance the quality of personnel, optimize the structure of the training organization, the integration of education and training resources, as well as to broaden the channels and methods of education and training, reduce costs and comprehensively improve the efficiency.In this thesis, the network training system is set up and online education is on the trial, training resources are integrated which make the efficiency and quality of training are greatly enhanced, training costs are reduced and the overall level of training are improved in a further way. The overall framework and structure of the network training system, database design, and training systems are constructed after in-depth analysis of the status of the comparison of state material reserves training, problems and indeed needs. The operation of the training system identified that the systems designed basically achieved the objectives.
