Design And Implementation Of Military Material Procurement And Supply Management Systems

In this paper, the development processes of military material purchase and supply management system are mainly introduced. Specially, those processes which include system object design, system development background, system functional analysis, system functional module design, demand analysis and design of database, code-implementing of each functional module and system release are introduced in detail. The system development mainly includes two aspects, i.e. the establishment and maintenance of back-end database and the development of front-end application program. The establishment of Material purchase, stock, supply and the input, browse, maintenance, statistic of material can be carry out in this system. Moreover, the system has those characteristics which are powerful function, user-friendly interface and easy operation.The intent of designing this system is to solve the management of material purchase and supply in military material purchase department. The main work of material purchase department will be done with this system, including the management of daily operation behaviors, such as purchase, stock, supply and the management of basic information, for example, related suppliers and service objects. This system which has high density integration, compact structure, simple and flexible usage, stable and reliable performance will be able to satisfy the working requirement of each military material purchase department.
