Moral education is one of the most important things in secondary vocational schools. However, at present, there are so many difficulties in moral education. To solve these difficulties and problems, human care should be carried out in secondary vocational education.In this paper, the author starts with academic connotation of human care and moral education in secondary vocational schools. Then, this paper theoretically traces back to human care of Marxism and our traditional human thoughts. By combining the contemporary education concept with humane care chinese communists, it practically keeps a foothold on the features of teenagers’ physical and mental development, and follows the law of moral education. The paper also reflects and performs the main role of trainees. The personality difference of trainees should be respected. And, it analyzes the shortage of human care in moral education through the relationship between moral education and human care in secondary vocational schools. The deep-rooted reasons for the lack of human care mainly lie in education concept, education system, education direction, school initiative, teachers and students. These reasons provide realistic basis for the following research.. Moreover, he author believes that psychological counseling towards the trainees is very important. Based on this, the paper comes up with the resolution strategy that emphasizes the importance of human care during moral education in secondary vocational schools from three aspects-workers, class and campus culture in secondary vocational schools.
